November

Jessica is always getting this cool free stuff from work, including tickets to UT games. When she got sky box tickets and wasn't able to go, she offered them to Zach and I. We gladly accepted and got to experience the high life for one game. It was insane! Complete with a workers to push buttons on the elevator for you, a catered buffet, UT carpet, flat screen tvs in the bathrooms, and an amazing view! We were in the Vol Network box and were invited to go see the announcers booth during the game. It was so cool to see them calling the game! We did enjoy the experience, but decided being down with the "regular people" (we seriously overheard a lady call them this!) was a little more fun. Up in the box was kinda like watching it on tv... you couldn't get the full crowd experience. Though we weren't complaining... it happened to be a very cold game!

Thanksgiving we spent in Clarksville with the fam including GK, Aunt Cathie and Uncle Tim. Ben brought his "new" girlfriend with him and I finally got to meet her. We had a great weekend complete with shopping with all the crazy people on the day after Thanksgiving! It was totally worth it!

I have been hearing about Fantasy of Trees since I moved to Knoxville, but have never gotten to go. I mentioned it to Zach and he suggested I see if Jessica and Janice would want to go. We got to go on the last day it was open (it's open the Weds through Sun of Thanksgiving weekend) and ended up getting in for free thanks to Jess and a kind lady in the parking lot. It was really neat but it was super crowded. These were a few of my favorite trees...

October

Dad's birthday is in October but I honestly can't remember what we did to celebrate. I think Zach and I were in Clarksville but I really don't remember. And I have no pics to help jog my memory. Shocker... I know! Oh well, Happy Birthday Dad! I love you!

We went to the Corn Maze/Pumpkin Patch with some family and friends at the end of the month. We had a blast!

September

We celebrated Danny's 60th birthday with a little surprise party for him. Sorry no pics from me... but Jess took some good ones!

For Zach's birthday we headed to Baltimore for the Orioles vs. Red Sox game thanks to Melanie and Charley. It was especially fun when the Red Sox came out with the win!

(if you look closely at my eyes, you'll see the best pics I have of my crazy eyes)

August

Zach, Jessica, and I headed to AR for Granny Helen's 80th birthday. It was a surprise to her that we showed up to her dinner and it was so fun!

While in AR we got to spend some time on the lake at Aunt Judith's lake house. Fun times on the boat/jet skiis and driving her car!

Happy Birthday to Me! Celebrated with mom a little early and then dinner/cake/ice cream with Zach's family on my birthday (Jess took the pics that night... I don't have any of those).

July

4th of July at World's Fair Park while Melanie and Charley were in town.

Spontaneous Trip to NC to visit my dear friends Lacey and Terra. It was so fun to get to spend time with them and their families. I realized very quickly that the "kid world" is WAY different than the "no kid world".

Poor E did not feel well and we ended up taking her to the clinic to have her checked out. She did not want to have anything to do with having her picture taken and we were lucky to get the dark pics we get.

Terra's boys on the other hand could have cared less about the camera. The only down part for me was the fact that I let my camera battery die.

I got home from NC and turned around and left two days later (very spontaneously) to head to MS to spend some time with Mamaw after her knee surgery. She had a harder time recovering than expected and I couldn't stand not putting my nose in the hospital world taking care of MY grandmother. I spared from pics and instead took pics of the animals. And Aleasha.
