Someone actually wanted a recipe of mine...

A friend of mine from work shared this recipe with me. It made a TON of food for just Zach and I but it turned out pretty good!

Crock Pot Lasagna

2 jars Favorite spaghetti sauce (1lb 10oz)
1-2 lbs ground beef (depending on how much meat you want)
1 Container ricotta cheese (the more meat used the more cheese- 8-12oz)
1 Box lasagna noodles (you won't use the entire box)
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions: Spray the entire inside of crockpot with cooking spray.

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain, and return beef to skillet.
Add entire container of ricotta cheese to beef, heat until cheese melts and is well mixed with beef.

Begin layering items in crockpot and repeat until you've used all of your sauce:
---sauce first
---beef mixture
---uncooked noodles (break them up to fit in a single layer)
---more sauce
---cheese

(No matter how many layers you use the cheese should always be the last layer)

Cook on low 4-4.5 hrs.

***You could add mushrooms, or any other veggies that you would like with the sauce layer***
