On Friday, Aleasha and Aunt Lisa and I went shopping in Tupelo. We had a great time and before we knew it we had spent the entire afternoon shopping. I actually bought something at every store we went to! I found a lot of cute shirts and a couple dresses, one of which I wore for Easter. It was so fun hanging out with them! We had some yummy Mexican, where I found a new dish courtesy of Aleasha.
While we were out shopping I got a call from Ben letting me know he was ok. I was like, ok great but what in the world are you talking about. Turned out there had been some pretty bad tornadoes in the 'Boro and he was just letting me know he was safe. A little while later, Zach texted me to let me know that he was ok. They had also had some really bad storms.
Saturday afternoon, Aleasha and I went to see the new Hanah Montana movie. I actually had never really watched it, but I saw a special on the movie and decided I wanted to see it. There was no way I was getting Zach to take me, so Aleasha and I decided to go. It was a cute movie and I really enjoyed the music. I also loved all the fun time I got to spend with my cuz.
Saturday night the whole family took over the local Mexcian resteraunt. We had a fun discussion planning Aleasha's wedding! She has no prospects of a groom any time soon, but still it's good to get a head start. I learned that Aunt Lisa has a rule of no kids under the age of 3 to be in the wedding. Aleasha did the math and since she's not getting married until she finishes pharmacy school, Zach and I have about 2 years to have a kid that will be old enough to be in the wedding! HaHa! No pressure!
Sunday was a beautiful, chilly Easter morning. We celebrated with church and breakfast at the church followed by the Easter cantata. I loved being with my family, even though we missed Ben and Zach!! We had delicious dinner of turkey and dressing and vegetables and then it was time to hit the road.
