Zoo and a Date

Jess had some tickets to the zoo and we decided to head out on Saturday afternoon. I was expecting it to be very hot, but it actually turned out to be a little overcast and we got a little rain shower while we were there. We went a little later in the afternoon and it was not very crowded at all. I loved it! Can't wait to go back!


We actually saw two of these big guys head butt each other... I just wasn't quick enough with the camera to catch it.

After we got back from the zoo, Zach took me to Cracker Barrel... something I'd been wanting for a while! We actually had pretty terrible service, but the food was delicious. That made up for having to wait 15 minutes before anyone ever took our drink order. After dinner we did one of my very favorite things to do with my husband... drive around and dream a little together.

All in all, a very good Saturday.
