It has been a week of ups and downs as Zach has interviewed for and been offered a position we really thought would be good for us and him. After further consideration of the true time commitment and lack of incentive to make this major time commitment, we believe it is best that he stays where he is. Especially since his current company really wants to keep him and is willing to support that with monetary incentive.
What a blessing it is to see my husband happy in his work and in knowing that his work truly is appreciated. So despite my not-so-fabulous work week, today is a very happy day. I got to see my husbands eyes light up and know his work is appreciated! I love it!
