The past couple of nights have not been normal for you. One morning you woke up very early and the next night you woke up twice in the middle of the night. I realize that you have me spoiled and that not every baby sleeps 6-8 hours beginning at 7 weeks old, but please let's not make this a habit. Mommy really likes her sleep.
I will tell you that I loved getting a little bit of extra snuggle time with you on the couch. I loved feeling your little hands reach up for my face and feeling your breath on me. I loved feeling your tiny feet push up against my legs as we were curled up there together. I treasured your little face smiling up at me as you look me straight in the eyes. It was a snapshot in time I will not forget.
