Sunday February 20
What a busy but wonderful day celebrating Ben and Laura. Church. Lunch at the Mexican resteraunt (where we saw Bro. Moore - such perfect timing that Ben could introduce him to Laura and I got to introduce Cooper). Shower. Drive home. Unpack. Get ready for the week.
Monday February 21
Adored walking into Cooper's room this morning and seeing him peek out through the crib. When he saw me, he grinned so big. Melt my momma heart.
Tuesday February 22
This is the view we have him most of the time now. He loves to use us as his own personal jungle gym. He climbs up and over and around, sits down, and then does it again.
Wednesday February 23
We are so blessed to have Melanie and Charley with us this week and she cooked us a delicious dinner of chicken enchiladas and this amazing chocolate chip cookie pie. We can get used to that!
Thursday February 24
He's getting braver and braver. He started out pulling up and holding the couch for dear life and is now letting go with one hand and grabbing the table and then will bring the other hand to the table too.
Friday February 25
I can't believe I didn't get any pics of Melanie and Charley and Cooper. I must do better! Cooper and grandmommy got to spend some great time together this week while I worked and then tonight she watched him so Zach and I could go out to eat with some friends. It was so nice! And it was only the 3rd time I haven't put him to bed since he was born... he did great, but I had to look at him when we got home.
Saturday February 26
Cooper and I headed for the Boro this morning. We met up with some college friends for lunch, toured campus briefly, and saw Ben and Laura's house. The girls did some shopping while the boys stayed home and napped/watched Ole Miss. Tonight was a shower for them and Jess and I went while Sean stayed with Cooper. I was so grateful for that!
