Sunday February 27
Went to church with Ben and Laura. Ate lunch at Pei Wei (never been there before, but it was delicious and I was super excited to find out they had one here!). Easy drive home. Relaxing evening at home with little man. He's such a good little traveler, but I can definitely tell a difference when we get back home and it's just us.
Monday February 28
The day of the flood. So thankful that I didn't get stuck anywhere because of the water and was amazed to see the news reports and pictures of cars floating.
Tuesday March 1
My verse for today... "I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Ezekiel 36:25-26
Wednesday March 2
For the most part, he is a very happy and content baby. But he has his moments...
Thursday March 3
Got him signed up for MDO. What an adventure! We went to the park for a little while afterwards to enjoy the beautiful weather we had today. And we went to WM with Daddy and he rode in the cart for the first time! He seemed to enjoy it and did very well!
Friday March 4
I'm thinking now, that Cooper's crankiness the past couple of days is related to the fact that he woke up this morning with a 100* fever. Most of the day it was between 100 and 101. The doc said just to wait it out unless it got any higher. Poor guy was snotty and miserable most of the day.
Saturday March 5
I absolutely hated having to leave him this morning. Today was my Saturday to work and Danny and Janice were so good to watch him for us, but still. I wanted to be with my baby while he wasn't feeling good. I was so happy to get home to him and love on him.
