Major let down today. My brother is married. My baby is one. And everyone is gone. After getting Cooper into bed tonight, I snuggled up and watched Candace Cameron's new tv movie and enjoyed some leftover birthday cake. Loved it!
Monday April 18
This is my last week at my current job. I gave my notice a couple of weeks ago because another job opportunity came available that will fit a little better with getting to spend time with my guys. It wasn't an easy decision, since I love this job. I love my coworkers and my patients, but I do not love the weekend/holiday schedule and I had to weigh what was best for us right now. And right now, I want to spend as much time as possible with my two favorite guys.

Tuesday April 19
Took Cooper for his 12 month check up today and it went so well! Healthy baby boy! I took Cooper to the park for a little walk and swing time afterwards. I love that the weather is getting so pretty!
Wednesday April 20
We got the ok to try regular milk with Cooper today, so I stopped by the store after work and got some whole milk. He did great with it! The first couple sips, he took the bottle out and looked at it like "what is this stuff" and then finished the bottle! He was worn out after all that work and took a little nap.
Thursday April 21
I'm in love with this little guy and his open mouth kisses. He laughs and I laugh and my heart melts a little more.
Friday April 22
Last official day. It was a super easy and uneventful day and I got to leave a little early. We went and picked up a baby gate for our on-the-go baby and then dinner with some friends.

Saturday April 23
I got to spend a little time shopping by myself this afternoon for some new work clothes/shoes. This evening the little charmer was chilling on the little bench at Granny June's house. We went over for some dinner while Uncle Johnny was in town.
